Support Worker: Venetian Healthcare Ltd
Location: North England
Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour (£50 Per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Part-Time / Full-Time (30 – 37.5 hours per week)
Shifts:
- Day Shifts: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Long Day with Sleep-In: 9:00 AM – 9:00 AM (next day)
- Sleep-In: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (paid to sleep)

Who Will You Be Supporting?
You’ll be supporting clients in their homes in the North of England, aged between 50 to 80 years. They will not have any disability, but they are elderly. Each person has their own unique personality, interests, and goals—and they’re looking for someone who can match their energy and zest for life.
They mostly enjoy:
- Going to the gym and staying active
- Attending church and being part of the community
- Working at the local garden centre
- Taking holidays around the UK
- Socialising, laughing, and getting involved in a wide range of activities
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you’ll be:
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging people to be involved in their daily routines and decisions
- Daily Living Support: Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Engaging in Activities: Supporting with hobbies, outings, and holidays
- Being a Positive Presence: Bringing patience, positivity, and creativity to every shift
- Supporting Communication: Understanding behaviours of distress and responding with empathy (training provided)
